Clout Fantasy is a popular game for tournaments. A hard surface
measuring one meter square is used to play Clout Fantasy tournaments.
Players are also known to play off floors, walls and sidewalks. To start
with each stack has 25 clout points. Players are free to choose their
throwing position. The position must be maintained throughout the game.
Chips are supposed to move upwards when released from a player’s hand.
The players hand should not cross the surface of the playing area.

The chips used in Clout Fantasy are of four basic types – bases, troops,
actions and relics. The ‘armies’ in Clout Fantasy have seven different
factions. These factions are centaurs, dragons, elves, goblins, merfolk,
neutral, pirates and undead. Each faction has its own color and special
abilities. The abilities awarded to chips helps the players in
determining various moves.
The official recognized tournament system for Hidden City Lot games is
known as CLINCH. Winners at CLINCH are awarded Clout Fantasy medallions.
These medallions allow players to enter National and World level
tournaments. The Clout Fantasy medallions represent points and determine
the ranking of a player. The points represented by the Clout Fantasy
medallions are known as Personal Clout. Bigger events bring in a higher
level of Personal Clout.
