Players of Monsters Menace America get to play a Giant Monster and are
equipped with energy and a branch of the military to combat and repel
other monsters. Players of Monsters Menace America also have options to
research new military capabilities, create satellite based super weapons
and also giant robotic warriors.
The goal of the game is to gain as much power as possible. This is done
by mutating and destroying America’s landscape on the game board. There
is a final showdown that pits monster against monster to determine the
winner of the title “King of Great Monsters”. The game Monsters Menace
America also has fun aspects like sending injured monsters to Hollywood
for recovery!

in Monsters Menace America are rated for their starting health, move,
defense, number of attacks, damage per attack, and special ability.
Combat is resolved through dice play.
Monsters Menace America is a revamped and improved version of Monsters
Ravage America.
Review of Monsters Menace America
Monsters Menace America lets players’ imagination run riot doing stuff
like stomping around where fancy takes them, eating anything in sight
and going to Hollywood to recover lost health! There is a lot of mayhem,
plunder and destruction depicted in Monsters Menace America; however it
is evident that it is all in good fun. The strokes of humor in the game
keep it fun. The game play involves a lot of options. This makes players
think, plan and act. Good challenging work for the old grey cells.
The game board is very well made and storage of all the small pieces is
taken care of by a container laid on top of the board. The board folds
into four and so there is no issue putting the game away.
The game rules may sound complicated to beginners. Attempts at
understanding the game rules promote players’ ability of comprehending
abstract concepts. Application of the rules during the game exercises
players’ abilities of recall. |
