The players of Munchkin compete to kill monsters and grab magic stuff. Interesting magic stuff like the Horny Helmet, the Boots of Butt-Kicking, the Chainsaw of Bloody Dismemberment and the Staff of Napalm wait to be grabbed in Munchkin. Several fun rules make Munchkin a very entertaining game. Cheat cards give players permission to cheat. Bribe cards allow them to bribe others and move up levels!

The popularity of Munchkin led to the making of several spin-offs of the game. Unnatural Axe, Clerical Errors, Clerical Errata and The Need for Steed – were the four expansions of Munchkin. Star Munchkin and Munchkin Fu were standalone versions that hit the market. Clown Wars and Monky Business were the expansions to both the standalone versions of Munchkin. Munchkin Bites, Super Munchkin, Munchkin Impossible and Munchkin Cthulhu, were more standalone versions released to satisfy players who always want something new.

Munchkin Blender is a version that combines several popular aspects of various versions of Munchkin. Munchkin Dice is a supplement with six oversized 10 sided dice.
The publishers have brought out several handbooks and manuals to help players play the game well.

All the Munchkin standalone games can be combined. The Munchkin games provide for a good game that involves dungeon-clearing, monster-slaying, treasure-gathering and up-leveling to win the game. Funny rules keep the players of Munchkin in fits of laughter.

Review Of Munchkin

Munchkin is a thoroughly enjoyable and refreshing game. There is no element of seriousness involved in game play. There are generous amounts of humor thrown in and players are bound to erupt in peals of laughter. An example of a funny rule in Munchkin-“Any disputes should be settled by loud arguments among the players, with the owner of the game having the last word.”

Games are meant to be entertaining and fun. Munchkin qualifies on both counts admirably. All versions of Munchkin can be mixed and matched. This adds a lot of variety to the game play.

The impulsive nature of the game play in a game of Munchkin guarantees wholesome lighthearted fun to players. Munchkin is a wonderful multi player game that involves a lot of interaction between players.
